In section 2.1, you added comments as follow:

The above description is to say a device should apply input filter and
output filter
corresponding to input policy and output policy in BGP.
Some detail examples have been mentioned below, such as "Specific route
prefixes",
"Maximum length of route prefix","Restrictions on the AS_PATH" an so on.
