I just verified that my test server is reachable within Sweden via Teredo 
from my XP laptop anyway (I am behind another ISP and a NAT right now).

<http://ipv6.swm.pp.se> is located on the same machine as I use for 
hosting the gif:s, if you're out in the world and have IPv6 access via 
Teredo, please check and see if you can reach that page.
