True. Do you think it should? In many operating systems, the
solicitation is sent from a userland program, in many called rtsol or
rtsold.
How rtsol and radns works together depends on the order in which they
are started. If radns is always started before rtsol, the wait for an RA
you hint at should disappear. I confess I haven't looked into this,
really.
Another idea I've had it so merge radns with rtsold.
