Yes. And in fact other CPE vendors could reach the conclusion that this
is the easy way for them to offer some kind of v6 support. I agree
with Pekka that the BGP mode of deployment has been a bust so far,
but I don't see it as being actively harmful, so I don't really
see why we'd spend cycles on it. At least we do document that
2002:: prefixes longer than /16 must not be advertised, and that
seems to be useful text.
