The list at http://www.ibr.cs.tu-bs.de/projects/sming/issues.html already
contains a `From:' field. Besides the `role names' like WG, SMI, SPPI,
I intend to fill in the name of the person who submits an issue in case
of individual proposals that don't fit into a `role derivation'.
