At the BOF, there were several suggestions that SOAP should
be considered, instead of using some newly defined RPC. I did
not, however, hear anyone mention XML/RPC. XML/RPC is a
very simple RPC mechanism (see http://www.apache.org/xmlrpc/ ),
supporting many common data types, and is quite trivial to implement.
Has XML/RPC been considered as an RPC mechanism for XMLConf?
