Please look at the table in annex S of 10646-1:2000.
I would defer all such issues to the IRG, and as far as
I can see, they've produced a list. I don't know if it's
complete, but if it really is just examples, why make
it as long as it is (a few pages; a handfull would have
been sufficient if just examples was the goal).
