As I said in Anaheim, adding some reference to 6rd to this draft would IMHO make it an even better document:
- The draft says:"This document discusses the IPv6 deployment models and migration tools, and recommends ones that have been found to work well in many common   situations."
- The first large scale IPv6 deployment based on 6rd was operational in december 2007 (ref RFC 5569), and has worked satisfactorily since then.
- As Google has seen, it has led to the largest native IPv6 use in 2008-2009.
