This draft defines several mechanisms by which network policies can use RSVP signaling to control the behavior of compliant sending applications.
2. Standardized Application Identifiers for RSVP Identity Policy Element

This draft proposes a set of sub-application (SAPP) identifiers for audio, video and IP telephony (voice and fax) applications signaled via RSVP using the the Identity Policy Element (RFC 2752)
