Walter,

Your message indicates that there is an understanding between three selected members for this

work. One thing I am concerned is not to reinvent the wheel again.

A number of models have been defined by groups

and I hope whatever decision this group makes takes

these into account.

These models have been used in telecom world as well as

in other areas such as the DTMF.
