xmlconf architecture

Hello, 

I am discussing xmlconf (or stdconf) architecuture with some people. 

Our point of view is not only for routers but also all network devices 
such as home appliances: VCR, air conditioner, and so on.
And we have to consider new IPv6 management model in the future.

We propose xmlconf (stdconf) is for network desciption, network
configuration, showing network configuraotion (MIB).

And deployment story that we propose:
Phase 1: router and switch conf for ISP/career
Phase 1.5: router and switch conf for enterprise (maybe difficult)
Phase 2: SOHO home router and appliance control
Phase 3: mobile application and so on

I will send our draft to this list as soon as possible.
