RE: Updating the MIB boilerplate



Hi,

The title for RFC2570bis is "Introduction and Applicability Statements
for               Internet Standard Management Framework". The reference
in the boilerplate should be corrected.

If this is still the latest revision of the boilerplate, I, speaking as
a contributor, believe it is consistent with RFC2570bis.

The new RFCs for the SNMPv3 series should be available within days. I
recommend waiting until the official announcement is made, and then
changing the references to the new RFC numbers.
