There will be another revision which will have changes as discussed
before on this list. And once the next revision is out, we hopefully
have last call on it - but who knows what happens then. If you want
something really stable, wait for the RFC.

(Still wondering why all this is relevant for submitting an ID but I
 better move on now.)
