Hi Adam !
        Sorry,  I have a  confusing in the statement :
"a query for a name that does not exist will yield the same response
regardless of  the reason why it is not in the zone. "  
        A  *  label in zone record will  response to a specified FQDN.
Does
 a  specified FQDN  response is also means a non-existed name ? 
Or  the * case is still  in the meaning "the same response" ?
