For the moment, let us ignore the fact that this issue is outside the scope
of this working group and let us ignore the scrutiny of the IDN working
group.
Let us consider the scrutiny of end-users.
Which solutions to TC/SC have gained wide acceptance in the rest of the
world?
That is, please point us to a specification of a solution that has already
gained wide acceptance in the global community using TC and SC.
