A small suggestion. Some people have mixed roles here and have to wear
different hats (Kireeti: wg member/contributor/co-chair, me: wg member/
contributor/WG TA/IESG member, etc.)--a quite common situation when
people are interested in getting something done--and it is not clear at
times which hat a person is wearing when saying something. I found it
useful to use pseudo "hat" tags like <chair> ... </chair> or
<wg-member> ... </wg-member> to explicitly specify the role when it is
not clear. Maybe something like this would be useful in similar discussions
in future...
