The period for comments has long passed.  We're trying to address the
comments that Michiel and you raised, and new ones you seem to keep
raising.  This is a courtesy to you; we've had multiple Last Calls,
and the window was closed long ago.

Perhaps you are right, though: if there is rough consensus that the
document should move forward, we should just put this behind us.
However, I will let Ron deal with that.
