both IPv6 and ASN numbers are from documentation pool. I took a 240 IPv4.


) the use of an encoded ASN is a holdover from a previous IPv6 addressing
	  plan.  It might be worthwhile to reference that RFC

You mean NIR/LIRs? I should add those.

Yes, I believe that is a variation of case (3), I can add that observation.
