look guys, you asked for opinions, I gave mine. i'm going to agree that we may disagree on certain aspects of history and the relative outcomes of choices that are made. i still believe that RFC 1881 and RFC 1887 are or should be historic. You may choose to believe differently. And given your status, you have the power to enforce your beliefs. I don't. 'nuff said. --bill
