Four new I-Ds to be posted

Hi!

Please post the following four documents as Internet Drafts.  They
update and extend the four draft-irtf-nmrg-sming-*.txt documents,
which have to be removed. They have been handed over from the IRTF
NMRG to the new IETF SMING WG.
