RE: [RADIUS location attributes] Minor comment on Operator-type attribute

Lionel,

Just for my clarification.. Your proposed change would still allow
delegating the control and management of certain namespace to the
some organization of choice e.g. to GSMA, right?

Cheers,

Subject:	[RADIUS location attributes] Minor comment on Operator-type attribute
Hi Hannes,

As explained during the last RADEXT meeting, I would prefer to remove
the wording "Operator-Type" and replace by "Operator-Namespace". This
attrbute doesn't define anymore the operator's type but in which
namespace its name is defined. I wouldn't like to see any confusion
between the name used by an operator (e.g. France Telecom) and the
operator's type (ISP, telco, mobile, fixed, or whatever).
