Issue 10.1) Allowed protocol operations

10.1.1) Databases

Configuration databases can be used with all protocol operations.

10.1.2) Files

Configuration files can be used with the following protocol operations:
    - copy-config
    - delete-config
    - lock
    - unlock

the word 'unsubscribe' in a single line as the message text body.
