What does object naming have to do with this topic?

How is this problem any different than an SNMP master agent
which must communicate with multiple sub-agents in order
to respond to an SNMP Get request? There aren't multiple
running configurations. There is a single running configuration
which may be stored internally in fragments. (This situation
occurs today even without a master/sub-agent architecture.)
