well, from wednesday meeting:
- this was a straw poll in the meeting room, not a wg decision yet.
- the orientation that was discussed wednesday was the "short term" while, 
as said by many, do not prohibit to work to a "long term" work.

So, I don't see any sign from wednesday meeting that idn cannot be involved 
in this work.
