Re: [idn] iDNS.net

I am speaking this on the behalf of i-DNS.net.

i-DNS.net does not intent to make any proposal to the WG for standardisation
or discussion. We only seek to share our experience with the WG to define an
open standard and we will embrace the result of the IDN WG, if any.

See http://www.i-dns.net/tech/techposition.html for further info.

For your question, the simple answer is "we do everything". We have ACE-based
approach, we have UTF-8 based approach and we have native (legacy) approach.
We have solution on the server side, on the proxy and on the client. We have
DNS based solution, we have directory based solution. We implemented most of
the Internet Drafts in this WG and we have other implementations which were
not proposed in the WG yet.

We are a technology provider and we assist companies who wish to do IDN to do
so and which solution and path to take is actually very dependent on our them.
This is probably why the confusion...

Hope I explained your question.
