...and at an early stage we said that we talk about being able to use 
other characters than A-Z, 0-9 etc in domainnames.

Use of languages implies tons of extra things which doesn't belong 
here, such as language dependent comparison algorithms.

So, every time I see the term "language" used in the same paragraph 
as IDN, I shiver of fear that people really talk about language. 
Please don't!
