	To do this and be internally consistant, would you need to
	change the example as follows?


10.2.0.192.in-addr.arpa IPTR <encoding-specific-lable, e.g. ja> "nippon in utf8>

or even:

10.2.0.192.<encoding-specific-lable for in-addr>.<encoding-specific-lable for arpa> IN IPTR <the rest of the RR specific stuff>


	Also, the prefix 192.0.2.0/24 was set aside expressly for
	use in documentation/examples. You might want to use it.
