[idn] draft submission deadline

Hi,
	for the next ietf, the deadline to submit your draft is:

July 14 - Internet-Draft submission cutoff date at 17:00 ET

wg drafts (ietf-draft-idn-*) should be sent to co-chairs 
(jseng@pobox.org.sg,Marc.Blanchet@viagenie.qc.ca) before the deadline, 
because we have to confirm them as wg documents to the secretariat.
