[idn] next ietf: presentations and drafts

Hi,
- now we are a working group, congrats folks!
- we can request a time slot at the next ietf
- seems logical for me to request it to discuss about the current work
on req docs, unless someone is against that.
- we can also have official wg documents

REQUEST FOR TIME AT NEXT IETF
-----------------------------
this mail is to ask anybody who wants to present something at the next
ietf to send email to me, copy to James (jseng@pobox.org.sg) with the
following information:

Title:
Name:
Duration requested:

Deadline to submit the request is: next tuesday (15 february), so that
we can send the agenda to the ietf secretariat. After that date, it is
still possible to modify it, but the available time can be filled up
with other's presentations.

INTERNET-DRAFTS
---------------
the cut date for internet-drafts is March 10, 17h00 (EDT: GMT -5) (see:
http://www.ietf.org/meetings/cutoff_dates_47.html).

If you have a draft to be considered by the wg, please send it to the
internet-drafts.
(guidelines are: http://www.ietf.org/ietf/1id-guidelines.txt)

Personal submission form (draft-yourname-idn-yourkeyword-00.txt) can be
done without the help of the wg chairs: easy way. Please be sure to
inform the wg of the submission.

For a draft to be accepted by the secretariat as an official draft of
the wg, the secretariat will request the wg chairs to agree on the
submission; so it is preferable to send it beforehand to the wg chairs
(Marc.Blanchet@viagenie.qc.ca, jseng@pobox.org.sg), so we can make sure
that it will be accepted by the ietf secretariat. We actually have to
submit to the ietf secretariat the list of drafts are going to be wg
drafts.

The ietf secretariat receives more than 300 internet-drafts submission
in the week before the cut-off date. So, please be sure that you send it
before the very last hour and be kind to send it sooner if possible:
make ietf secretariat life much easier.

Keep up the good work, Marc.
