New v6ops list

v6ops has been asked to move its mailing list from ops.ietf.org (a machine operated by Randy Bush for many years, with our thanks - it has been a good home) to ietf.org. The name of the new list is v6ops@ietf.org. 

We moved 1117 email addresses from the old to the new; there is a good chance that if you were on v6ops@ops.ietf.org two weeks ago you will be on v6ops@ietf.org now. However, to be sure, please access

   https://www.ietf.org/mailman/listinfo/v6ops

and subscribe (or unsubscribe if you like). If you signed up within the past couple of weeks, we may have missed you.

We will be pointing v6ops@ops.ietf.org to v6ops@ietf.org in the next few days, and will drop a note to the list advising all of the fact when we are done. At that point, all communications with v6ops should use the new mailer.
