I support.  Rajeev is bringing a unique and focused discussion.  My
own interest  is with his discussion of the the public and private
IPv4 address exhaustion which gives rise to the IPv6-only scenario.
This is very relevant to large mobile operators that operate 2G, 3G,
and now 4G networks -- all of which are growing.
