I was planning to open this WGLC this coming Monday. What I will do  
is put it off a few weeks to give you some time. Please propose  
specific text changes to the authors of the draft, as in "change  
<this sentence> to <that sentence> in <this place>"  or "insert <this  
statement/paragraph/section> in <this place>". I think that will be  
the most expeditious thing.

I will take either your note that no changes were required or the  
posting of a new document as a signal that the work has been completed.
