wraping up restoration document

folks we have had a very limited number of comments on the document as it 
currently stands.  We have given more then enough time for any comments to 
come forward and id like to wrap this document up.

Waisum: Please make any final changes and spin out a final version 
(preferably by cob tuesday) for review.

ALL: id like to get a call together for next thursday at 2pm est, please 
let me know if you will be able to attend.
