Refine initial list of questions provided by Rob, collect answers from
within the team and from outsiders. Schedule calls or collect responses from
operators. Comments on the questions are due by Friday. Jim to take the lead
to assemble this into a questionnaire that could be distributed or used in a
phone interview.

Team to assemble answers into a -00 draft by July 13, and continue working
on refinements until London meeting. Present current status at te-wg meeting
in London.

Rephrase questions in terms of development and deployment prioritization.

Also ask questions regarding where these techniques or tehnologies would be
applicable.

Try to ensure that responses to questions reflect the type of operator that
has responded. For example, ask questions that profile the respondent.

Conference calls every Wednesday at 1:00 EST (except July 4).

Ed Kern is the Facilitator (not editor).  So far, Wai Lai and Dave McDysan
have volunteered to be editors. Send comments to Wai on his outline by
Friday so that he can publish a revised outline by June 27.

For Wednesday, June 27 call, the team will review the revised question list
from Jim and the revised outline from Wai.

Dave
