Great to see the merged document.

Consider this adopted as a WG doc.

This is the last piece in the chain for the WG please give this 
document and comment even if that means
"read it, no issues".  (You can even do this if there are certain parts 
under debate if you do not have an opinion on which side ends up being 
passed)
