   I would like to thank all of you who responded to the Last Call
on the TE Measurement draft issued by the WG chairs.  A new version
is now available:

My co-authors and I believe that we have incorporated all comments
received during the Last Call in this version.

Looks like most people who replied think this draft is on-target and
ready 
to go.  There were some comments, so I believe we will wait for the 
authors to revise the draft, then it will be sent up to IESG for 
consideration as an informational RFC.
