Hi,

I am suffering with a freebsd 4.2 to achieve packet forwarding.
The variable gateway_enable=yes, and respective net.inet.ip.forwarding=1.
The PC has only one ethernet card, with two ip numbers and there are two
virtual ethernet segments sharing the same physical segment. From the PC
ping works with both segments, but fails when used from one segment to ping
the other. There is no firewall active. Any idea? Thanks.
