Closing down this mailing list

This mailing list was used for specific SUB-IP Area related
discussions.

Currently the only WG in that ara is TE-WG and that is getting
close to be finished. Since most WGs have now moved to other 
(permanent) IETF Areas, there is no need to keep this mailing list.

Lately I (as list admin) have only seen spam and virus 
infected mail (which I believe I have managed to just discard
without forwarding to the list).

This mailing list will be closed down soon.
