RE: MPLS and COPS



Note:

If there is a piece of standards work that is needed, well defined
and not part of any WG's charter, there is a shorter process:

- Write it up as an internet-draft.
- Talk about it in whatever fashion you like.
- Get a friendly AD to sponsor it.
- Do the 4-week IETF-wide Last Call.
- You're done.

Don't let the fact that it's an item too small to spin up a WG for block 
you from doing what's right.
