[RRG] Moving the list...

Hi all,

We will be moving the mailing list to rrg@irtf.org shortly.  Anyone
subscribed at 12:00 PDT on Friday, 10/10 will automatically be moved to the
new list.  The list archives will be moved shortly after that.
