Well, that, plus all content regaring engineering, operations, prototype
deployment, and experimental results (i.e. anything having real-world
applicability and solving real problems) has been deemed out-of-scope for
presentations at RRG meetings. 

To me, at least, that would tend to imply that discussions of same are
out-of-scope for this list.

For the record, the LISP authors were not attempting to start a discussion
about a LISP BOF. What we were doing was soliciting interest and ideas for
said BOF from what we thought was the appropriate community of interest. We
ask that any follow-ups on that subject be directed to the LISP interest
mailing list: lisp-interest@lists.civil-tounge.net.
