[RRG] Fresh subject lines

While I stand by my negative assessment of the elegance and
efficiency of ALT+NERD - and while there is yet to be a robust
critique of my arguments or improvements - I would appreciate it if
fresh subject lines were used for sub-threads on host granularity,
special treatment for different orders of multihoming etc.

My original subject line was long and bleak and it seems oppressive
for it to be repeated in the archives for messages on different topics.
