FW: FlowId change in framework PIB

All,
The authors of the framework PIB would like to make the following change
prior to RFC publication and we have been asked by our AD to do a "mini
last call" on this particular change. If you have any issues with the
description of the IPv6 flowid (frwkIpFilterFlowId) please send your
comments to the list by Monday 2/24/03 (5:00pm EST), otherwise we will
proceed with this change.

Thanks and sorry for the short notice.

Subject: FlowId change

To support a wildcard value for the frwkIpFilterFlowId object we
are proposing the following change:

OLD:

frwkIpFilterFlowId OBJECT-TYPE
      SYNTAX Unsigned32 (0..1048575)
      STATUS current
      DESCRIPTION
"The flow identifier in an IPv6 header."

NEW:

frwkIpFilterFlowId OBJECT-TYPE
   SYNTAX Integer32 (-1 | 0..1048575)
   DESCRIPTION
"The flow label or flow identifier in an IPv6 header
that may be used to discriminate traffic flows.
The value of -1 for this attribute MUST imply that
any flow label value in the IPv6 header will match,
resulting in the flow label field of the IPv6 header
being ignored for matching this filter entry."
