Mmm... it looks like this was not posted to the RAP wg list.

So this is to inform you that this happened.
You can blame me for having dropped one set of comments from a
security expert (Eric Rescorla, also IAB member) that got 
uncovered right after the "approval" message was posted.
I then asked to put the doc on Hold and I also asked Louis
to work with Eric to try and resolve the issues.

I think they are close to fixing the concerns and I expect
Louis to post a new draft to this list with a summary of the
issues that were raised and how he has addressed them.
