 Hi All.
I feel I should point out that there should no longer be any time
pressures on this draft from the 3gpp perspective. The framework PIB is
no longer listed as a dependency to the 3gpp development. This was
finally determined at the last CN3 meeting in may after continued
development of the 3gpp Go PIB. Therefore, 3gpp timelines should not be
used as a reason to rush through a review of the PIB.

I cannot unfortunately give a url to the updated work plan which was
edited online at the meeting. I shall have to pass this on to David (CN3
secretary responsible for the CN3 updates to the work plan) to provide
confirmation/updated work plan details if anyone feels it necessary.
