RE: COPS Request State



Hi,

Client Handle anyway will be part of the COPS-PR REQ message. I think as
part of
the Request State, PEP needs to send some more details. Section 2.3.1 from
"draft-ietf-rap-frameworkpib-06.txt" is mentioned below.

"2.3.1 Full Request State 
    
   When the PEP wants to send the entire request state to the PDP (for 
   example, in response to a Synchronize State Request from the PDP), 
   the PEP MUST send the incarnation instance with the 
   frwkPibIncarnationFullState attribute set to TRUE. "

But we are not clear as what "the entire request state" is made of? Will it
contain
updated Role-Combination/Capabilities/Limitations etc?
