COPS-RSVP

Dear all,
I am using the Intel COPS SDK extension for RSVP and I
didn'y get some things.
It seems that the commands RESV and PATH can be used
to set a rsvp action (PEP --REQ--> PDP), but what is
the difference between the Command PATH and RESV?
And between PATH and PATHERR
And between RESV and RESVERR

Excuse me since these questions could seem basic but
it has a lot of importance here!
