This charter element merely refers to the drafts at
http://www.ietf.org/internet-drafts/draft-ietf-rap-sppi-05.txt
and
http://www.ietf.org/internet-drafts/draft-ietf-rap-frameworkpib-04.txt
it is not a new charter item. It is repeated from the previous
charter indicating that we intend to complete the work started
under the auspices of the original charter.
As for the term object syntax, it is a term used to describe
the format of the expressions used to describe the structure
and organization of data. :-)
