Re: access request initialed by other sources than PEPs in COPS-P



Another possibility is that all PEPs (or all edge PEPs) in the local
domain need to be updated because of an external trigger, e.g., when
some number of backbone links are down, low-priority traffic is
discarded at the edge of the network.
