I reviewed this document and I am happy with it.
The only comment I have (and which I already discussed a bit with
Keith) is the interpretation of the PIB acronym. Does a PIB stand for
a Policy Information Base or is it a Provisioning Information Base? I
believe that the later interpretation is more consistent with the
definition of the terms PRC, PRI and so on. In fact, one can argue
that it does not really matter whether the provisioned information
comes from a policy-based or some other system.
It would be nice to get feedback on this.
